The Workplace, Travel & Fleet Services organisation, a part of ETS, delivers the Real Estate, Facilities Management, Building Projects, Travel and Agile (Workplace design standards) services for Unilever, managing a portfolio in excess of 9 million Square Meters of Space. Job Summary:

The Global Fleet & Transportation Commercial Administrator will function as primary stakeholder and employee liaison for all assigned administrative commercial tasks for the Global Fleet and Transportation workstream. The incumbent will play a pivotal role and will be responsible to ensure the smooth daily administration of Fleet and Transportation services to all Unilever employees. The person will be responsible for liaising with the In-country Service Delivery Managers and the Global Fleet and Travel teams. They will also be responsible for all day to day administrative duties related to international Fleet and Transportation. The Administrator also serves as primary contact between internal clients and external suppliers to ensure all fleet and transportation related needs/requests are met in the most efficient manner.

· Work with local SDM / procurement and fleet teams to ensure a smooth service is in place to support all Unilever employees.

· Support local Service Delivery Managers with any questions or escalations required.

· Support with any invoice payment issues, local and global.

· Support OEM commercial activities

· Support the yearly OEM rebate administration

· Raise and effectively track global Fleet DO’s and other approvals required.

· Global Fleet CAPEX process ownership and tracking.

· Set-up TCO reporting for the regions, divisions and global functions.

· Work with all relevant key stakeholders to proactively resolve issues.

· Work on any ad-hoc admin requests from travelers with profile issues.

· Support the Global Fleet Manager with delivery of commercial related task of the job to be done (key projects).

· Attend and take minutes from meetings, plus proactively track actions.

· Aid Global Fleet Manager when building presentation content for LT meetings.

Escalate issues in a timely manner to support with any major complaints from suppliers or employees.
