Combining outline curriculum with local services and experties TNE delivers online blended programs that result in effective learning outcomes.
The Marketing Manager TNE will be responsible for the development and implementation of overall marketing strategies and plans to achieve the growth and objectives of Pearson TNE portfolio. This pearson will oversea design and coordinatioin of the strategic marketing objectives and take responsibility for building and promoting the brands within the TNE portfolio.
Develop and implement the annual TNE marketing plan(s) covering the Middle East and Turkey driving student recruitment, engagement, retention and raising brand awareness and loyalty
Define the TNE portfolio brands, develop individual brand guidelines (digital & non- digital) and oversee the brand management strategy in the region
Ensure long term TNE brand objectives are kept in focus and allignment with Pearson Education guidelines;
Contribute to the strategic planning of TNE’s marketing efforts and the development and deployment of specific strategies designed supporting student recruitment and engagement
Oversee maintenance of TNE website(s), all print and electronic collaterals;
Lead on development and implementation of appropriate, country-specific marketing materials, including brochures, flyers and email- templates, supporting student recruitment, engagement and to build the TNE portfolio brand;
Development and implementation of TNE Social Media strategies, guidelines and briefs for each product and their respective target audiences
Deliver on TNE marketing targets agreed for the region(s) on a yearly basis, andprovide updates on progress, successes, risks and issues as required;
Design and conduct market research for collecting required information for marketing strategy development, and assessing effectiveness of implementation;
Evaluate and identify service providers such as media, advertising agencies/channels/partners for developing long- term relationships for rendering specific services;
Development and utilization of marketing personas driving marketing effort.
Identify, maintain and innovate communication channels to communicating the TNE portfolio supporting student recruitment and engagement
Oversee all TNE communication supporting student recruitment and engagement
Support and monitor the performance of TNE partner marketing efforts across the Middle East and Turkey region to encourage student recruitment and engagement;
Engage with colleagues and partners to provide strategic and operational insight to the region to ensure an optimized student journey, maximizing student recruitment, engagement, meeting marketing and engagement objectives;
Keep up-to-date with best practice, new marketing initiatives and opportunities relating to this role and maintain a detailed overview of conversions relating to student recruitment, conversions and engagement;
Undertake administrative work including report writing and analysis, and the production of relevant statistical data in the main areas of activity including piple-line management, student applications and enrollments;
Support integration and maintance of Salesforce supporting marketing efforts, provision of training and usage of best- practices and related materials;
Maintain contact with TNE alumni, to learn about their student journey and acquire testimonials, and provide support to the development of Alumni framework
Carry out any other duties, appropriate to the post, as may be reasonably requested by your designated line- manage.

High level of English / Turkish oral and written communication skills

Marketing Budget management experience
Education, Qualifications & Training
Formal marketing qualification at undergraduate level
At least 6 years relevant experience in marketing role supporting sales
English Language Qualification - IELTS Grade 6.5 wiht no band less than 6.0 (or equivalent qualification)
Formal marketiing qualification of postgraduate level
At least two years relevant experience in makerting role supporting student recruitment
At least six years international marketing experience with a track record of delivering targets
At least six years’ international marketing experience with a track record of delivering targets
Experience of working effectively with marketing agencies
Experience of establishing and developing relationships with institutional partners
Experience of working with Government and sponsoring agencies
Ability to interpret market intelligence and to act on it by developing effective strategies to recruit students
Knowledge of the competitor landscape for student recruitment
Understanding of cultural issues related to international students
Extensive presentation and public speaking experience
Commercial and business development skills
Experience in the development of printed and digital promotional material
Experience of co-ordinating student recruitment marketing activity including agent events, educational fairs, school and institutional events etc

Marketing experience gained within a similar institution
Experience of developing and implementing marketing plans supporting student recruitment and engagement
Experience of managing an team for a minimum of two years.
